There are several uses for the "symbols" you see here that would work well for a lot of things in print, mobile use and web (square, arrow up (which is a roof) and the open door. We can talk further about this.
The main color options are Gold, Blue and Green. The Silver and Black are just complemantary colors to be used when needed.
As you know, there are several meanings attached to colours and meanings can be bended to fit any scenario but in one word, I was thinking... Gold (Success, Confidence, Compassion), Blue (Loyalty, Trust & Integrity, Reliability), Green (Dependability, Promote Growth, Renewal). I can go further into this if needed. But I do like this palette. I would maybe recommend using all 3 of them and perhaps expanding them depending on the use. Like giving a department it's own colour ie Sales (Gold).
