Phase 2 of Collingwood Summit View will likely not be released until the late spring / early summer of 2021. We appreciate your continued patience and support but please be aware that site maps, pricing and availability will be announced only as they are available via email to those who have registered as well as via social media announcements. So please make sure to also follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

CENTRE POINT NORTH
The first release townhomes in Markdale Centre Point North is sold out. The next release is scheduled for late spring/early summer of 2021. Pricing and availability to be announced.

HUNTSVILLE
Phase 1 is currently sold out. Phase two registration is now open with release dates to be determined.

ORANGEVILLE
Only 9 units remain in our Orangeville Luxury Condo scheduled to close in December of 2021.
