We would like to apologize for the delay in the Highly-Anticipated Phase 2 release of our Summit View Community in Collingwood.

As you may or may not be aware;

• On April 29th, 2021. The town of Collingwood, unexpectedly passed an Interim Control by-law to cease issuing any new building permits for 1 year.
• Summit View was already a fully approved and registered plan of subdivision prior to the passing of this new interim control by-law.
• We are working diligently with town officials on a daily basis to establish a solution for the completion of our community and future releases.
• Until we have solidified an exemption, there are no estimates on exactly when we will be able to release our next phase of lots.

We are looking forward to releasing the remaining lots for sale as soon as we can, in order to continue building the homes you love in beautiful Collingwood.

Your overwhelming support and interest in our community is always appreciated.

We assure you that everyone who has registered for the community and our newsletter will be notified as soon as we formalize a resolution to this unfortunate circumstance.
