We are thrilled to announce the re-opening of our Model Homes for “In Person” appointments commencing May 23rd.

Social distancing and sanitization guidelines will apply
as outlined by the Ministry Of Public Health.

The following protocols will be implemented to further enhance community well being:

	Sales office entrance doors will remain locked during business hours,. our staff will greet you upon arrival to ensure safe entry is achieved
	Regular sanitization procedures will be completed in the Model Homes and Sales Office
	Scheduled appointments (are preferred) and can be set up in advance of your arrival either by phone or email
	You must inform our staff if you’ve traveled outside of Ontario within the previous (14) days prior to your visit
	A guest survey must be filled out upon arrival, thus ensuring we can notify all parties in the event of any future Covid related concerns
	Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance to Model Home/Sales Office
	Masks and gloves will be available for your use
	We strongly encourage the use of gloves should you plan on touching any of the surfaces within the sales office or model homes
	We recommend (2) visitors per family, children must be under strict supervision of the custodian
	Restrooms will be limited to emergency use only
