  2. Can I place your name, slogan(s) and/or logo(s) on some promotional items for my fundraiser?

    While we are flattered that you would proudly display our name, slogan(s) or logo(s) on your promotional items, there are a number of business and legal reasons why we have to deny your request. In the legal world, those things are called Intellectual Property and they are used to legally identify our business and are subject to applicable trademark laws. If we allow our intellectual property to be used in conjunction with another person or company, then it could create confusion as to who owns our name, slogans or logos.

  3. Are you a non-profit/charitable organization?

    No, we are a for profit organization. While there are many noteworthy non-profit organizations that work hard to fundraise so they can give back to the cancer research community, we didn’t want to compete them for those same fundraising dollars. Instead, we chose to open a for profit business where we could donate a portion of our profit back to the cancer research community. We value the trust that people place with us to make those donations, and every quarter we will post the donation recipient and amount on our website.

  4. Why won’t the code work when I try to register my pendant?

Product Care

Our pendant is designed to last a lifetime. Over time, that means it may become dull as a result of daily wear. We recommend you wash your pendant using water and a very mild detergent. Dry immediately using a soft cloth.
