Worried about all the data entry required to implement the system? Contract with our Data Service team of Registered Dietitians to do the bulk of your data entry for recipes and menus!

We will work with you to identify menu or recipe data already available in our system that can get your project off to a quick start, and which data elements have to be entered from scratch. Each project is quoted based on our customer’s specific needs, we do not believe in a one-size-fits all process. We can enter recipes and menus and extend your regular diet to accommodate the diets and textures you support.

Customers who utilize our Data Services options typically go live weeks ahead of their peers and find it easier to do long term data maintenance because the initial data entry was clean and followed “best practice” for naming conventions, diet spreads and the like.


Project Management Services

Each MealSuite implementation includes training and implementation coordination services. For more complex implementations, particularly for multi-site rollouts, we also provide comprehensive project management services.

Our Project Manager will pair up with yours to develop timelines, review and validate resource allocations, and work together to ensure the communication processes and mutual delivery commitments result in a smooth and on-time go live. Our Project Manager acts like an extension of your team – available to answer questions, coordinating resources, celebrating successes and making recommendations to keep the team on schedule.

After the implementation is complete, your Project Manager will transition you to our fabulous support team whom you can reach by phone, on-line chat from inside our system, or via email. Either way you with to connect, our Support Department is ready 24/7/365 to help!
